Offering a large terrace and a seasonal outdoor pool, The Lighthouse Hostel is located in Sagres. Free WiFi access is available. The nearest beach is 2 km away. Excellent staff and coworking facilities in a convenient area. Even with the construction going on the hostel was terrific and very accommodating. Easy walk to market and skatepark. Very professional and friendly staff. Highly recommended !!

The atmosphere was incredibly positive and relaxed. I had a surf lesson that I thoroughly enjoyed—the beaches and waves in Sagres are just perfect. The hosts and fellow guests were super friendly, and we all had a great time sharing barbecues, music, and relaxing together in the garden. Such a memorable and fun experience!

Friendly people, place is superclean, comfortable, owners were paying attention to an every single detail, in the room especially, for example small compartment next to your bed, where you can put few things, means a lot. 'On top of the cake', there is a swimming pool - superawesome!

Situated 300 m from Faro Marina, Casa da Madalena Backpackers backpackers features a rooftop terrace with views over the colourful marina and the historical rooftops and a 24-hour front desk reception... I don’t know what was better, the pancakes, the look and feel of the hostel or the people that work there! Felt like I had breakfast with a family that I already know. So welcoming and a good location to visit the centre or to head to Faro airport
