I especially liked the design and comfort of the beds - they have a proper privacy curtain, a locker and a couple of shelves inside the bed capsule. The family that owns the place live in the same building, so the maintenance issues are resolved quickly. They sometimes do their own family dinners and evening events where guests are usually invited to join in. Hostel has backup generators and Starlink internet, so in the event of power outage, you still have electricity and internet.

The staff (Pao and Sam) are warm and accommodating, always ready to help, and the location is perfect for enjoying the quiet side of the island while still being close to what you need. A real hidden gem up north in Burgos!

Many kids playing in front of the hostel and it makes them super happy if you join them, very heart warming. The beach is also just 3min walk away and the stuff is super friendly and helpful! Recommend staying there :)

I am most impressed with how the owner Mr Lee was able to accommodate my needs. Arriving quite sick he did everything he could to make my experience the most comfortable it could be. There was also this tiny kitten there which made me fall in love with the place. It also has a great rooftop and communal area to hang out in. Rooms and facilities were always clean and the location is close to everything but still tucked away which made it peaceful to stay there. Thank you!

They helped with arranging transport from and to the airport and also arranged motorbike for me to use to go around the island. Their restaurant in the location serves great food and great atmosphere. On the nights, the area was very peaceful, and I was able to get a good night sleep. Also very close to the beach, mini-shops, cafés and walkable distance.

The units at the hostel come with a seating area. All rooms are equipped with a private bathroom with a bidet, while some rooms come with a patio and others also have pool views. Super loved that our room is right in front of the pool. The staff were very accommodating and the shared space is always so welcoming and inviting. They have on-site motorcycle and e-bike rentals. Which is pretty convenient especially that the roads are sort of narrow and unpaved in Siargao. It is a quick 10 mins to the Tourism Road and nearest bank.
