The hostel is very clean with staff swiping the floors and cleaning the common areas pretty much all the time. All staff members are super nice, professional and helpful. The beds are very comfy and spacious, and the sliding doors to the beds make it seem very private, although you are in a dorm. I enjoyed also the free coffee and simple breakfast. Air con worked well.

The staff was very helpful, their restaurant was also very good. I liked their orange juice especially. Laine was remarkably helpful. Ben was sleeping all the time.

Loved my stay at Blau Hostel! The vibe is super chill, and the staff is super friendly. Plus, the Starlink Wi-Fi was great i could work comfortably without any issues. The small pool is perfect and they have the coldest beers I found in the Philippines. The location is very nice, close to everything but still peaceful. Definitely recommend it if you're in El Nido!

Almost every accomodation in Palawan is infested by cockroaches, this one is being desinsected by owner every day. Big plus for me. No bugs, no spiders, no animals. No technical issues in toilet&shower Perfect staff always available to help any time Cleanliness 100% Location

Lee and Maya are the absolute best hosts, super nice and accomodating. We ended up there because of a cancelled flight and were pleasantly surprised to find such a nice, friendly and chilled place which only added to our adventure. Maraming salamat!

Super spacious and homey. Quite area yet close enough from downtown by foot (5 min). Nash always makes the point to check in to make sure everything is in order or if I need anything. Supplied bowls and plates to cater to my needs when I make meals (breakfast & supper). Free coffee tea & drinking water. Super clean. Hot water with good pressure. Air cond is excellent, super quiet. Big lockers and indoor slippers provided along with towels. Dorms beds are very well laid out, have all a backpacker would need. They even provided 2 hangers if you want to hang anything. Wet clothes can hang at the courtyard. When Nash is away, he had his assistance to look after the property, and I felt super secure. Extended one night. Probably one of the best dorms out there in Coron or even in the Philippines. Don’t think so much and just book. You won’t regret it.

Everything. Great location. Room was nice and clean. The curtained beds in the 6-share was so smart, the curtain blocks out the lights pretty well and if you want privacy, you get it! Comfortable bed and clean. The shared toilets and showers outside the rooms meant I never had to wait or queue up to use the toilet! The building itself was cool, minimal but trendy decor, comfortable seats in common areas. The rooftop pool was amazing with great views. Bar upstairs served great drinks and food at the downstairs cafe was delicious (try the adobo breakfast burrito - one of the most delicious things I ate in the Philippines but I love adobo so I may be biased!) The Frendz meet-ups and nightly events were so fun. I enjoyed the bingo and karaoke wayyyy more than I expected. But it was the staff that really brought everything together for me. This hostel has the BEST staff I have ever met at any hotel / hostel. Very friendly, very fun, extremely kind. Kaye and Mark, thanks for chatting me up while I sat by myself at the pool on my first day and introducing me to other guests. Mark the bartender, thanks for the excellent drinks and the friendly vibes. The other Mark, Nico and JD: thanks for bringing the great vibes to Frendz meet ups and nightly activities. Emcee, I didn’t meet you at the hostel until the very last day but thanks for bringing the energy to our night out. Shoutout to Jonathan (not from Frendz but part of the Frendz family) for showing me where the party is in El Nido. I had the best time dancing the night away with you, Kaye, Emcee and others. From strangers to Frendz indeed! Can’t wait to come back!
