Staff were super friendly and helpful! Booked our tour through them, and everything was easy and simple. The room was clean and communal areas were kept to a high standard. The location was perfect for walking distance to shops/restaurants and the bus station.

It is something like Airbnb, where the management is in KL. The person I got in touch with was very responsive but didn't seem to know the location of this hotel well. No deposit was required for checking in, which is very convenient.
