Very friendly staff, was willing to wait past check-in for me and I am very thankful for that, the location is in the middle of old town so rest of the city is very accessable, the facilities are kept neat and tidy, a huge kitchen area allows you to make any meal you like, bathrooms are sizeable. Rooms have a nice view down into the main street of the old town, so provides an awesome view down to city life. Highly recommend staying here if you visit Kaunas.

There was a/c in the room. Not enough electrical outlets (only 2). The cafe was full in the evening and it's a busy place with catering to tour buses. There were a lot of people coming and going.

All units will provide guests with a wardrobe and a kettle. I was pleasently suprised. I was reading some negative comments, so I didn't expect much, but to my surprise, the rooms were big enough and clean. The lady at the reception was very welcoming and even though she didn't speak much English we communicated without any problem. On the second night we were the only guests in the hotel and they still made us an excellent breakfast. It's a 10 from me. :)
