Ocean view, excellent hang out area, fully equipped kitchen, and personal local touristic advice for Izu if you ask. Couldn’t have asked for better. The owners must take pride in their work. Town is nice too and not over touristed. Rent a car and see the cliff hiking trail and seven waterfalls if you can.

Host is very friendly and likeable. The place is really cozy. They have a separate space for which you can work or spend time alone away from the hostel itself where guests stay and sleep. It has full amenities, from drinkable tap water, to appliances like ref and you can even cook if you want! The space which you will sleep is very large as well. You can also ask to borrow bike from the host for free (traditional bike and not the e-bike used for cycling).

What the town lacks in attractions, the hostel itself compensated in facilities (1 person onsen, communal area with a relaxing vibe and the option to buy drinks, clean sleeping area etc) & great services. Also it's really close from Shin-Fuji station, as well as a few shops and places to eat. The owner/person working at reception is a really cool guy who knows English that recommended some great places to take photos of Mount Fuji (ありがとうございます). Overall great price-value accommodation.

I love this place! So many great places to explore nearby and the owners are the sweetest. They can give you lots of advice on what do and see. The onsen was very nice as well. It was nice to find an affordable, tradition ryokan in an amazing location.

The guesthouse was lovely and so was our host and the other guests. I would definitely recommend staying here. We enjoyed sharing dinner around the fire in the evenings and received excellent recommendations on what to see and do. We also enjoyed riding the bikes into town.

Bnb+Atami Resort ligger i Atami, 26 km från Hakone-Yumoto station, och erbjuder utsikt över havet. Being a hostel, there are shared spaces, but they’re kept nice and clean. The sleeping pods were also much more spacious than most hostels I’ve stayed in. Furthermore, there is a designated women’s shower and toilet, which is a nice touch. My friend and I enjoyed our stay.
