RoheN HAKONEYUMOTO in Hakone biedt accommodatie alleen voor volwassenen met een tuin, een gedeelde lounge en een terras. Location was great, just 8/9 minutes from the train station. I loved the onsen in the accommodation and the breakfast was quite nice as well.

HakoneHOSTEL1914 is located in Hakone, 6 km from Hakone-Yumoto Station. Train and bus services are available. All rooms are air conditioned. Shared bathroom. Everything! The lady running the hostel was the most amazing host ever. She gave a lot of advice about where to eat, visit and onsen. And she booked us everything. The location is perfect to move around by bus with the Hakone free pass. Everything was cleaned and super!

Onsen Hostel K's House Hakone ligt op 15 minuten bergop lopen of 4 minuten rijden met de bus vanaf station Hakone Yumoto. Het biedt gratis WiFi in het hele hostel en een warmwaterbron in de openlucht.... Easily the most positive surprise during my trip as I booked the last available bed quite late. Very good bed(double in the dorm room), comfortable with quite a lot of storage space and your own window! They change towels daily as well which was a big plus. Toilets outside of the room which is always great, the onsen was such an amazing thing to have right in the hostel after a day of hiking, it’s small but can fit about 8 people and is a very relaxing experience. The staff were very nice and helpful with good tips for hiking and food in the area. The common areas! They were truly amazing with nice decor and good facilities, the kitchen well-stocked and two guest fridges. The main living room is spacious with plenty of seating and various board games to be played and a terrace! Overall it was an amazing stay and I didn’t not expect to meet such great people. The walk to the hostel from the station is not that bad! Just a steep incline for about 5 minutes other than that pretty easy if you just have a backpack.

Japanese Traditional Inn Kamakura Rakuan beschikt over een tuin, en is gelegen in Kamakura in de regio Kanagawa, op 2 minuten lopen van Yuigahama Beach en 3,4 km van Heiligdom Tsurugaoka Hachimangu. Het was een originele Ryokan, dus zitten en slapen op de vloer, uiteraard wisten wij dit. Twee ruimtes om te slapen. 1 badkamer, 2 doucheruimtes. Wij waren met 5 personen. Zeer vriendelijke ontvangst en rondleiding door het huis. We konden er ook eerder in. Leuk om een nachtje in een traditioneel huis te slapen maar heel erg comfortabel is het niet. Maar daar kies je voor.

GROUNDWORK Guesthouse & Lounge bevindt zich in Yugawara, op 20 km van station Hakone-Yumoto, en biedt een gedeelde lounge, rookvrije kamers, gratis WiFi in de hele accommodatie en een bar. It had a nice feel to it. On a quiet street and a short walk from the train station. Everything is newly finished by the owner himself, who is interested in sustainability and local community. The bed was comfortable and the sleeping pod was spacious and well designed. The pods give yiu privacy even if you’re staying with others in the shared room. I had an enjoyable night and this was a good value for money. Beyond that, Takumi (owner) was super friendly and accommodating. His property is a DIY place that he’s built out and is a fun place for building a community. There is a central area to sit and eat, which is a nice way to meet other travelers. If you’re traveling through and want to meet locals and others, I think this would be a great little hub.

Hostel Have a Nice Day! ドミトリー 個室ルームあり#HVNI heeft een gedeelde lounge, een terras, een bar en gratis WiFi, en ligt in Odawara, op 7 minuten lopen van Miyukinohama Beach en 6,2 km van station... Lovely location with a terrace on top with the view of the Odawara castle. The hosts are extremely nice and helpful, they even let me keep my suitcase there for one more day after the end of my booking. The capsule is cute and comfortable. The building is only 10 minutes by walk from the main station, so that's also a big plus!

Open in April 2017, IZA Enoshima Guest House and Bar is located just a 3-minute walk from Enoshima Station and a 5-minute stroll from Katase-Enoshima Station. Its right in the center of Fujisawa and Enoshima. The theme of the building feels like you live on the ocean.

Chillulu Hostel is goed gelegen in de wijk Naka Ward in Yokohama, en ligt op 4,5 km van Sankeien, 12 km van Nissan Stadium en 18 km van Motosumi-Bremen Shopping District. 5 min walking from Motomachi chukagai station. Very convenient location. In the heart of China town.

Plumhostel is gelegen in Odawara, op 16 minuten lopen van Miyukinohama Beach en 6,7 km van station Hakone-Yumoto. Very kind host who waited for us even though we were arriving late at night

Guest House Kamejikan -turtle time- heeft een bar, en is gelegen in Kamakura in de regio Kanagawa, op 4 minuten lopen van Zaimokuza Beach en 2,5 km van Heiligdom Tsurugaoka Hachimangu. Lovely staff, quiet and friendly atmosphere, beautiful house.
