Shiori-san will always make sure you're happy and plans amazing activities with the other guests staying at the guesthouse. This way, you experience Japanese culture in a unique way. This place will always stay in my heart, and I hope to return soon. I highly & totally recommend it!

The host Shiori is the sweetest person ever. She taught my partner how to play the cello then we played together in the sunset at the beach. Fukutsu is a wonderful, charming town. The house is clean and tidy, with great facilities, its always nice having access to a washing machine.

Situated just a 3-minute walk from Nakasu Kawabata Subway Station, WeBase Hakata Hostel offers accommodation in Fukuoka. Free WiFi is provided throughout the property. Tenjin Subway Station is 5 minutes by subway and on foot. We had a problem at the begging of our stay here, but Shion (I believe was her name) helped us through everything, she was so helpful and cheerful to us. It was my second time at this hostel, and this experience was the confirm I picked the BEST hostel in Fukuoka. I will go back here every time I will be in Japan for sure!

It was easy to find once I got the location dialed in. It was my second stay, and I was impressed with the staff, friendliness, convenience, and restful sleep in my cozy enclosed bunk bed. From Fukuoka airport, take the free Airport Shuttle-Meinohama to the South bus stop for the subway. When you arrive at Gion Subway, get yourself a ticket for Gofukumachi Station. Then change lines after 4 stops on the orange line to the blue line to Nakasu-Kawabata and ride one stop Gofukumachi and take Exit 5. You will see an escalator, a grocery store, and shopping; make a right, go around the corner, and you will see the 'entrance to Exit 5 and a bus stop. Go to the first street and make a right; walk about 4-6 blocks on the left past the Green Apartments. It is tucked away!

The property is non-smoking and is located less than 1 km from Fujifilm Photo Salon Fukuoka. The place is literally almost spotless. Even the shelf on the wall and the corner of the bed are wiped thoroughly. I have seen the staff cleaning not just the bed sheets, but also beating the futon and the beddings after the guests had checked out the other morning. This is honestly the cleanest and tidiest stay I have ever had. I slept so well at night because of the tiny trace of laundry scent coming from the beddings. It smelt like it has been kissed by the sun. The hostel is also very homey and cosy. They are playing soft and relaxing jazz by the common area. It is well decorated with some dried plants. It just looks relaxing. 因為床很乾淨和被子散發着淡淡的洗滌劑味道，所以很安心，睡得很好。
