Maybe the best location ever? Right beside a subway station and across the street is a huge city park where I went running every evening. Fantastic common room/coworking lounge and very comfy capsule-style bed. Best of all, it was very very affordable. I stayed 6 nights but could easily stay a month.

We had a problem at the begging of our stay here, but Shion (I believe was her name) helped us through everything, she was so helpful and cheerful to us.
