We stayed two weeks wish we stayed longer

Un rincón apartado del bullicio, lleno de calma, encanto y ese toque de romanticismo que te hace sentir en pausa. El dueño es cercano, amable y siempre dispuesto a echar una mano, ya sea con el tema de la visa o con consejos prácticos para moverse por la isla. Las habitaciones compartidas permiten conocer a otros viajeros con calma y buen ambiente, y muchos surfistas eligen quedarse aquí durante varios días, alquilando motos con soporte para tablas en el pueblo de Alau, a un paso de aquí. Un sitio al que apetece volver. Gracias por todo.

Very new homestay at the Sejahtera buscompany compound, but not completely finished yet. (November/2025) Nice clean rooms (but not 36 m2, I think around 22 m2) with comfortable beds. The Bathrooms are OK with hot/cold shower, there is NO mirror in the bathroom. Towels provided are clean and good. Good working airconditioning. Cups and/or glasses are not provided. 2 small bottles of water per day. Watercooker and coffee and tea... Staff is very nice and helpfull

I have to say, from the outside, it's not the best by look but honestly the warm energy you receive from the owner makes you turn a blind eye on everything around and also it's actually a meeting point for soo many backpackers either arriving in Melan or just leaving!
