Chavvy cheap decor. Karaoke. £10 parking. Took my car keys off me on check in til check out!!!! Noise outside until 1am. couldn,t sleep. Reception locked at night, no reception at night. Stunk of paint. Unsmart scruffy staff. More like a hostel. Dated bathroom. No bath. Small room.

Amazing value for money!!! Great location and safe parking on site. The loft is very comfortable and spacious. There was milk, bread, jams, butter and cookies waiting for us ☺️couldn’t ask for more. The area is 🤩. Thank you so much.

Lovely spacious room and LOVED the bath. Great view from our room. Staff were super friendly and overall lovely. It is in a great location and I love that you can get cheaper parking with a nearby car park!

Great location, just a 15 min walk to Seatown Beach. Cottage clean and tidy and a lovely cake left for us by the owner. Lovely safe garden for our furry friend. Close by to a couple of pubs, great food at the George Inn. Bus stops pretty much outside, which goes from Lyme Regis to West Bay. Would definitely recommend as a great stay all round.

Great location and close to parks and the bus stop. It's a great base to explore the area. My children loved the bunk bed and had a great time. Both bathrooms were absolutely spotless.
