Very nice and friendly host, made me feel welcome at once. No problem with me arriving late. I really liked the interior design of the common room and my own, very relaxing and meditative, wish I could furniture my own home like this. I even had my own balcony terrace.

The space is clean and very well organised, you can rent a surfboard, meet the other people who stay there, and relax. I really liked that the beds have curtains, so you can have a bit of privacy at night. The hosts are welcoming and available to help you at all times. La Pared is a small village, not very well connected with public transport (so you should keep that in mind) but sorrounded by beautiful nature, a place to surf and disconnect :)

The Hostel is perfect if you are looking for a welcoming place where you can meet people, make friends and just have a great time! Also the location is perfect for everything around the island! For visits in the south a car is recommended.

Perfekt place, great location and very familiar atmosfhere . I highly recommend it.

Staff on site can arrange airport transfers. The environment, facilities, guests, friendly volunteers, location and comfort. Overall very good Hostel Experience and will come back to the Surfer's Retreat in the future when visiting Corralejo 😀

Despite my limited Spanish, I felt no judgment and just a welcoming smile. Thank you very much!!! One thing is that it's quite far from the center of the city, so google busses schedule beforehand. The breakfast is quite nice but a bit limited. Just walk across the street to panaderia for some amazing and cheap local baked goods.

Boasting a shared kitchen, this property also provides guests with a barbecue. The accommodation provides a shuttle service, while a bicycle rental service is also available. I booked on a Wednesday which was the day of the BBQ night, for just 10 euros there was a fantastic unlimited bufet :) I really appreciated that there was not only meat but also many options for vegans. A shout out for the curry which was super yummy! There are a lot of people who come to the night both the travelers in the hostel as well as the locals which creates a wonderful atmosphere. Comfortable beds and a relaxing garden. I recommend La Tortuga without a doubt!

I think the perfect word to describe my experience in Kalufa Surf House is OUTSTANDING! Not a Hotel, not a simple BnB room, not an anonymous apartment! What you'll find is exactly what you need for your holiday: sharing experience with the other guests, warm welcoming, common areas to relax and repossess your time. Everything is perfectly cleaned and tidy. Laura and Roberto are simply amazing! Do not lose this opportunity!
