The hostel was clean, it was a mixed dormitory, which was nice for me... although if someone snores, it's not the hostel's fault 😄... all things considered, the facility met expectations... would especially like to commend a young woman, easily recognizable by her darker complexion, for her helpfulness, professionalism, and patience.

The bathroom and toilet in the room were spotless. The staff were extremely kind and helpful, allowed me to use their conference/larger reception room for a while even after I had checked out in the morning. I was very very grateful.

I really liked the amount of soundproofing the window had. The location is right in the middle of the Saint Pauli district in Hamburg, so it gets loud at night. Great to really enjoy the night life and the scene, so it was good to have the soundproofing when you wanted to go to sleep.
