The facilities were well thought and very comfortable. The deck was nice, hammocks and my favorite hanging rocking chair. Yoga mats for some early exercise.

Guests at the hostel will be able to enjoy activities in and around Dos Brazos, like hiking. I came as a guest and decided to stay as a volunteer. I sincerely enjoyed my time soaking in the nature and wildlife. There is so much hiking you can do, I recommend staying at least a few nights to enjoy it thoroughly. A special thanks to Ron the owner for his kindness and the other volunteers and guests for a beautiful experience. I look forward to coming again!

The units in the hostel are fitted with a coffee machine. Complete with a shared bathroom, the rooms at The Cafecito Surfhouse - Santa Teresa are fitted with air conditioning, and certain rooms are fitted with a seating area. All units will provide guests with a fridge. Cafecito Surf feels like home. The place is cozy and only a few minutes away from the beach. They offer really nice coffee, and I even had the time to learn how to make "Gallo Pinto" a traditional dish. I spent 4 nights at Cafecito and took 1 surf lesson, this was my second time surfing. Leni gave me the confidence I needed not to freak out. Next time I'll make sure I stay longer to keep learning. Surfing in Santa Teresa is an experience everyone should try at least once.

Perfect stay! Great location in the middle of nature. Nothing fancy, just connection to Costa Rica beautiful nature ! Comfy beds, everything you need, waking up with birds in the middle of the garden. Heyner’s family is so nice, his wife is cooking a great breakfast and dinner. They booked the mangrove trip which was amazing and we had horseback riding with Heyner. It was a great experience . We will definitely come back!!

Monteverde Ecological Sanctuary is an 8-minute walk from Hostel Cattleya - Monteverde, Costa. The nearest airport is Tambor Airport, 67 km from the property. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Monteverde (we had a private room). The rooms have such great price-quality. It is very clean, the shower is amazing and hot. The host is also very accommodating, he arranged all our activities like; the night walk through the jungle, the transport to monteverde cloud forest and the transport to la Fortuna. We liked everything. If we come back to Monteverde, we are definitely staying here again.

Dorms, private rooms with shared bathroom and family rooms at the Hostel have a balcony with ocean views. Amazing stay! Location is great - on the road five minutes by bus from Quepos and 15 minutes from Manuel Antonio. The bus costa 385 CRC (at the time 0.7 USD) and ir passes every 15 minutes. Wifi was good enough to do video meetings. Big lockers in the room, amazing common areas, pool, hammocks, kitchen. The hostel is really part of the nature, monkeys even stopping by. Three options for breakfast, tasty! Great value for money! They recommended visiting Tortugas de isla Damas fan y turtle release into the ocean) and it was an amazing activity! Staff answered a million questions I had - very helpful! Laundry service available at 4 USD per kilogram and 24-hour notice.
