Very good facility and great staff they are very welcoming and kind. the owner is really kind and offer good service. and the location is very close to people's square. so you should go to everywhere by subway. When I go to shanghai again, and I have to reserve as well.

I can’t rate this place highly enough. This was my first stop as a tourist in China and upon arrival at 3 am reception helped me set up my Alipay and communicate with my taxi driver. The staff were always so kind, the location was walking distance to attractions, food and transport. The beds were comfortable and private. On my final day the beautiful lady from reception helped me to catch a bus well beyond any staff member has ever helped me in my travels. Everything about this place was perfect for a traveller.

All units include a safety deposit box. De receptionists especially Joyce were really accomodating, and very nice. They helped me out when i struggled while ordering food. The room is good too and its clean. Its also really close to everything you need.
