They offered me another room to stay with a woman to be more comfortable. I am so glad for that king of kindness! You can take tram or bus to get to city center. It takes half hour. Facilities were also good. There are various tea they offer you, and this is really nice to have hot water as well when you back from cold weather. The people in shared area were nice also, recommended!

The Oldtown Hostel Otter and its old-established Wüste Bar is a stylish place for the young-at-heart in Zürich's Old Town, about 300 metres from the Zürich-Stadelhofen train station and the lake. Staff was very helpful and it was very clean ! Hostel is close to city ! I’ll be back for sure !
