We had a lovely stay at Montacute. It came recommended by a friend, and didn't disappoint! The location is perfect (in Battery Point, next to Salamanca, 15 minute walk to Coles and Wworths). The building is charming, as is the eccentric owner. Kitchen is good size, shared bathrooms are clean, and the book exchange shelf has good books and is well kept. Hairdryers can be borrowed.
