Xi Xi & her husband are lovely & caring. It's located in the valley, surrounded by rice fields, quiet & authentic. Atmosphere is almost magical, and the sort of dormitory upstairs have an old school vibe that gives the place a charm. Hosts are living in the house itself & makes you feel comfortable. Everything was absolutely clean & tidy. Thanks for the stay, it was great.

I had a wonderful stay at Hello Sapa Hotel. Mia was incredibly kind and helpful, she welcomed us earlier than the standard check-in time and even upgraded us to a larger room on the top floor at no extra charge. Our stay here was great! There's always someone at the lobby greeting us whenever we leave or return for the day. Room comes with shampoo and bar soap, toothpaste and toothbrush. The owner, Tuong helped us with the booking of the bus to our next destination too! He also recommended us a contact for motorbike rental during our days in Sapa. We had a good view from our room, seeing the town colorfully lit at night from above.

The lady who owned the hostel was really lovely we communicated through google translate when we needed to. She had two cute kitties as well. The size of the room was a lot bigger than expected and we had a nice view. It was really good value for money.
