Billy, Nancy and the rest of the team made my trip super fun! They made me feel so welcome, always making jokes and ready to help me with anything. They also helped me organize my tours and were very flexible if I had to change anything (I stayed here many nights). Also the location is really good. But most important the team had really good vibe with lovely people!

The personal who are working there. If you want help with anything its never a problem. Even when they say things to you and ur not getting it they are gonna go out off there way to help you. They are not only working but also really connecting to the visitors. The rooms are good and clean because they clean it properly and everyday. The location is in the old quarter and I liked that as well. I would recommend you going here because off the personal who is working there. So friendly and genuinely towards the visitors. If i ever come back to Vietnam i go back there.

The owner was very attentive and hospitable, I had a very good quidance on the check in. There was a very warm welcome, the room was spacious and clean. Luckily, I was alone in the room, so I slept with extra comfort. In the morning, Mr. Dao served the breakfast and helped me to get to the airport🥹 This service is definitely worth the price, truly appreciate!

This is a real homestay in Hanoi. Very good location as it is close to the center. The room was unexpectedly big overlooking an old temple roof which was beautiful. The bed was very comfy. Everything was very clean. When booking I was a bit skeptical about shared bathroom but it is only shared with 1 more room and it was really very clean and just next to the room. The owner was very nice and helpful to give different recommendations like where to eat, buy souvenirs, etc. He even booked a taxi for us to the airport cheaper than it was on the local taxi app. We also bought local coffee at the guesthouse which we absolutely loved. Wish we could get it again :) Thank you!
