Very Clean, safe, very friendly reception service, close to beach, nice roommates, comfortable bed to have a good sleep, free coffee & water in common area, everything is wonderful! I didn’t expect it is so good as I stay another 6 nights in normal hotel, way more expensive than hostel. This is the place if I come back to Honolulu I will definitely choose to stay again.

A very nice hostel overall, dorms were clean, staff were super helpful. Wifi was strong. Lockers were adequate. There is a kitchen area, which has everything you will need. Polynesian was a great place to stay for a few days.

It was my first time staying in a hostel in a shared room and I loved it. The staff is extremely attentive and always tries to help with any questions. The bathroom in the room is cleaned daily and the shower is excellent, which made showering after a day at the beach amazing. On top of that, the beds are comfortable, the bed linens are clean, and the towels are fresh as well. The common areas of the hostel are great for relaxing and socializing. I felt safe the entire time, and there are lockers inside the rooms to store personal items. Finally, the location is perfect—close to the beach and everything you need to fully enjoy Honolulu. Without a doubt, I will stay at this hostel again.
