The colorful paint, ambiance, space (there's enough room to be with people and to be alone. There are plenty of sitting areas, lounge, and dining. There's a clean swimming pool and the breakfast was nice. A simple sandwich and fruit. The ladies are available to do laundry at a fee. My dorm (of 4 beds) was large with a high ceiling and private bathroom. It is located in a safe place, behind embassies, close to shops and just a walk to Coco Beach. The owners are great people, and helpful. They have clean white bedding and free towels (most backpackers charge for towels) which is great!

The accommodations were clean, the food was excellent, the price was very affordable, travel to and from the airport and ferry were arranged by Charles, the owner. In addition, he literally rescued me from being stranded in the city without any money when I mismanaged my trip after leaving his property. His kindness to me was beyond belief!!! Feeling so blessed that I was guided to stay here with such a caring person as Charles!!!

Hotel staff are the best, very pleasant, friendly and helpful. Location is excellent too, and clearly marked from the main street. The room size was good for the price. I booked a room with AC, and it cooled the room like a charm. Room is very quiet, despite the hotel being in a busy side of city centre, but you can't hear a thing inside the room.
