I recently stayed at a hostel in Gothenburg, and I must say it was a great experience. The cleanliness of the hostel was impressive, and the staff members were extremely helpful and kind. The best part was that it offered excellent value for the price. The hostel felt safe, which was important to me, and I appreciated the well-equipped kitchen that had everything I needed for cooking. Additionally, the hostel had a lovely patio and living room area, which created a welcoming atmosphere. The staff was really nice. We had a late check-in and the staff really took care that we knew how to get to our room. We got an SMS and they even called us to explain everything. They were super nice whenever we saw someone during our stay. The room was spacious enough with enough outlets and comfortable beds. We liked that the breakfast is served in different a room, so you can still choose to make your own breakfast in the kitchen. The kitchen is big enough for a few people to cook at the same time. There is a good tram connection to the city centre and even a direct connection to the port.

It was really good value for a budget... We came after the check-in time due to flight delay, and we had great communication with owner.. It was just a few minutes from the city centre and you could walk there fairly quickly from the Nils Ericson central station, or take a tram just acros the bridge to get there... excellent option to stay couple of nights in the city. public transport in ~500m with a perfect schedule. the room itself is a little basic, but served my needs. staff at the reception very kind and helpful. check-in, check-out easy like 1x1. kitchen is well equipped.
