Very nice hostel in a great location. There is no reception, but staff can be reached online/via phone and replies very fast.

I stayed in a private room here not the group hostel room. I chose this lodging for its location and price relative to the location and price of other lodging available that weekend. This hostel was one half to one third of the price of hotels in the area. While a small lodging offers less than a major hotel, my room was spotlessly clean, included toiletries and a tv, and was safe and comfortable. I would definitely stay here again over paying 2-3x the price for the other lodging down the road.

In my case, it was a business trip and I did not spend so much time here. However, the stucture satisfied me.
Their professional and easygoing staff assissted me throughout my booking and stay. The dormitory and the kitchen were tidy and clean, and the breakfast was OK.
I recommend this hostel, especially for its strategic position: Aveiro city centre is easly accessible by foot (1 minute to reach the Fish Market; 5 minutes to the shopping mall).

Great hostel, great location, great staff. Honestly, no negative remarks!
The breakfast was incredible: with many home-baked goods and a variety of options!
All other hostel guests were very friendly and sociable.
The common areas were very cozy and comfortable (great for reading, yoga, movies) and there was an outdoor patio and clothes line.
