Let me tell you, the staff is incredible!! They helped me so much with everything I had to do, they kept my luggage for longer than expected and made me use common rooms after check-out. The rooms are big and clean, with everything you need. The showers in my floor could be better but it was still fine, and showers are grate at ground floor anyway.
