My stay at J J Homestay was so far the best I have experienced in the Philippines. The room was clean and new, and the staff always attentive to anything you might need, both in person and by WhatsApp. The location is good, in a very quiet area and a short walk from the center of town. Also, although it is not advertised, every morning they offer a small free breakfast. They have a place to rent a motorcycle right next door and they organize transfers to and from the airport. I recommend it 100%.

We really liked our stay. The room is simple but comfortable, nice bathroom with hot shower. Outside area with free water and coffee. The owners are super nice and help you organize everything you want to do. Also we paid less for the boat tour than other people booking through them. You want to have a scooter, 5 mins later they deliver it to the door.

Everything was perfect for me, as a solo backpacker who is not into party or meeting with other tourists. The room is really nice, really clean and the temperature inside is perfect. There is free water and some plates and utensils if you wanna eat something. The only thing which can be annoying for people is the noises outside, because it's not really soundproof and you heard everything outside. For me it was okay as I sleep around 00h and wake up not too late (but even the only day I woke up at 10 I was able to sleep). Just be advised of that! And also that it's only a room, so don't expect a bar or a front desk or stuff like that. But for me this hostel is worth it, especially for this price :)

Was exactly like the photos and the mixed dorm of 4 was cosy. The bathroom was large, AC was cold, short walk into town, felt safe. The staff arranged absolutely everything for us and were super helpful. They arranged our tours, transportation, ferry ticket etc to Coron.

For me the best hostel in Coron. We booked last minute and were not expecting much, famous backpackers hostels were fully booked. We loved the rooms, big mirors to get ready & warm water in the shower. Location is absolutely perfect in town. The hostel is also in a sort of food court building where it‘s soooo nice to chill, and we ended up eating there everyday. The cocktails from bam bar are reallyyyy good!

Very clean and comfortable hostel, small dorms, good privacy curtains, each bed has a power point and light. Clean showers, good AC. Very friendly staff and good breakfast. Location down some dark back roads, didn't feel safe walking on my own but very cheap for a tuk tuk and when I was with someone felt ok.
