The staff, especially Mae and Alexis, are amazing! Really helpful, friendly, and positive. The design of the hotel is really excellent, with the rooms facing the courtyard so that you feel a family vibe seeing everyone through the day. And the hotel design has great materials and convenience. We are a couple and had our own bathroom, but the shared toilets and sinks in the public area are also very well designed. The hotel is well maintained and the cleaning crew really works well each morning and day to keep things spotless. The activities and tips and organized tours and drinking games are fun and active. We liked all of this. We have stayed in many hotels but really enjoyed this one a lot!

This property was definitely a great option in Valladolid as it was very central and a few minutes walk only to the bus station or to the minibus to Chichen Itza. The staff has been also very helpful and the kitchen was nice to use. And finally it is refreshing to have a swimming pool after a long day, even if there are plenty of Cenotes no far away ;)

Very friendly staff and great location, an oasis in the middle of the town. Great with free coffee in the morning. Clean and quiet with good WiFi. The staff provided useful information about sights and things to do. If I ever came back to Valladolid I would stay here again.
