Our stay at White House was absolutely amazing, the best place we stayed in Sri Lanka by a mile. The room was spotless, incredibly spacious, and comfortable. We spent five days here and genuinely didn’t want to leave. The highlight of our stay was the host, who treated us like a family and made us feel so welcome. The staffs are just so fantastic. I was super confused with the airport highway bus and one of the staff came all the way with me to help and check if I'm taking the right bus😭 And they always come to ask you if you need anything. The room is hotel quality, felt really safe in the hostel too. Location is great, you can easily get to the Galle fort on foot or by tuktuks. Highly recommend it!

The hospitality of this family was just incredible. From the first meeting with them, I felt totally welcome and their kind attitude made my stay extremely comfortable. I know what I'm talking about because I had stayed in places where I didn't feel that much welcome but this just simply wasn't the case. Sanithu homestay is pretty close to Galle as well as to Bara beach which is less crowded and really beautiful. The WiFi in the homestay was surprisingly good and I was able to teach some online classes without any trouble. I also liked the mattress and I had a very comfortable sleep. There was a mosquito net that kept me safe from the mosquitos and I don't think I got a single mosquito bite there. The bathroom was also really clean and also liked their garden and their cute rabbit too. One thing I should also mention was the food because Champi cooked delicious, budget-friendly meals which were also really healthy and which I enjoyed a lot so I definitely reccommend eating there.
