The staff was super friendly and open, caring and supportive. We joined a monk ceremony in the hostel which was super special experience for us. The showers and bathrooms were super clean.

Really nice and relaxing place, right on the beach front. The staff is great, attentive and always ready to help. I liked the place so much that i extended my stay twice. If you are heading to Galle in my opinion its much better to stay in this part then in the City. Big thanks to all the crew especially to Krish he is a great Chef. Ne

Room was clean and spacious, bed felt nice, and probably the best toilet I've used during my 12-day trip in Sri Lanka! Nice facilities. Welcome drink was tasty. Very close to the both the bus station and railway station. Would love to stay again!

From the moment I arrived to the moment I left, everything was AMAZING. This family is just so lovely, so sweet, and they are offering absolutely everything you need. The rooms are really nice, the bathroom is big and everything is super clean. Sincerely, you must stay there, and just enjoy. I highly recommend getting some food as well, that was delicious! I tried to help them and that was a perfect sharing moment. I will come back one day 🫶🏼

What didn't I like? The place was fantastic!! The staff all have beautiful souls with big beautiful smiles!! The food was fantastic! Very homely, I extended my stay!! Great places to lounge around. A small walk to the beautiful beach. But truly the staff went to great lengths to accommodate, organizing massages, popping to the shop, which was just a stones throw away, moving fans about plus more. I have had a brilliant time! I loved it so much!! I stayed in 2 different rooms(due to me not booking in advance), and both were comfy, super clean!

Beautiful property, comfortable room, very good shower, and the most warm welcome from Bibi (I am not sure i wrote the name right). Also perfect location, quite near the center but still calm area, we really enjoyed watching different types of birds coming to the trees around the balcony. Amazing place, we are for sure coming back!

Its a good hostel to stay, its clean and the personal was really friendly and very helpful. The location is also very good you can explore all on your owen without rides.

Well set in Galle, The Fort Library Hostel provides an Asian breakfast and free WiFi.

The hostel was immaculate, the air con was nice and strong and most importantly the owner was incredible. A group of us quickly became friends and whenever we needed anything the owner went out of his way to help us. We thoroughly enjoyed spending time with him. What a hidden gem in a beautiful area. As a woman, I felt very safe and the owners also take into account measures to explicitly make female traveller's feel safe. I can't reccomend this place enough!
