Great place, good location not near the road, quiet and relaxation. I was greeted with a welcome drink, the room had everything I needed, toiletries and a towel. There were not many insects, but the presence of a mosquito net over the bed is a plus. The breakfasts were wonderful, fruit, toast, omelette, fruit drink and coffee. The guys are very positive and ready to help in everything. Transportation and excursions can be arranged. In the evening, if you are lucky, you can see a wild elephant behind the fence of the hotel, which periodically pass by. Nearby there is a cool cafe Sigiri La Veranda Lodge, I recommend it.

Nimeshikha is a wonderful, kind host. Staying in this hostel feels like a genuine cultural experience as you feel part of the family and the two little children are always running around and wanting to interact with you. Nimeshikha serves a delicious breakfast every day and she has her restaurant on site if you wish to eat lunch or dinner! My top tip: don't book any tours on Getyourguide as Nimeshikha's husband can arrange everything at a cheaper price! I arrived in Sigiriya with no plan, but the two hosts were able to advise me and help me organise everything. I extended my stay by two more nights and had three beautiful days exploring Sigiriya and nearby sites. A big thank you to Nimeshikha and Nuwan!

Best hostel stay I’ve ever had. Would recommend everyone to visit to feel the hospitality of this family. I felt so welcome and relaxed while staying in these beautiful jungle surroundings! The day trips the owner arranged for us were amazing, and it was such a social and good vibe all over.

Everything was perfect! It was such a wonderful place to start our trip. The food was absolutely delicious, and the rooms were super comfortable. Honestly one of the best hostels I’ve stayed at during my time in Sri Lanka. The place is clean and comfortable, breakfast was always delicious, and the one dinner I had there turned out to be the best meal of my trip — tasty, generous, and great quality. What really made it special was the people. Maliya was so kind and helpful, always there if I needed anything. He even took me to a beautiful sunset spot nearby and walked me to the bus stop when I checked out. Those small gestures really meant a lot and made the stay unforgettable. Highly recommend this place!

This is a new property and everything is very new, feels like a hotel really! I was pleasantly surprised and wanted to stay longer. Staff tried their best to help with everything. Very close to the rock, and lots of shops nearby. Comfortable bed, big lockers. Free breakfast also, such a good price for what you get.
