I wish I could have stayed longer at Hera Hostel! The place is so chill and relaxing. The breakfast was delicious, and the rooms were super clean. The shared bathroom was very convenient, and I rarely bumped into other guests. The pets are so funny and cute—they definitely added to the charm! The location is less than a 10-minute walk from the beach, and the staff is amazing. They gave me all the tips to get around, plus contacts for motorbikes, tuktuks, and taxis. I really hope I’ll be back soon!

We had an excellent stay at Stilts, the staff is very professional and goes the extra mile. We got an early breakfast and they helped with any requests we might have had. Food and breakfast is simple but very tasty. The treehouse was cute, surrounded by woods so it's possible to listen to the birds and monkeys. The treehouse had a fan and wasn't too hot at night. Good showers. Simple, but good value for the money.

I loved everything about this place – the beautiful setup, peaceful natural surroundings, friendly staff, and great breakfast. It’s the best value for money I found (I even extended my stay for 3 weeks!). I stayed in both the female dorm and a standard bedroom and loved both – very comfortable, beautifully decorated and clean. The property is big enough to have your own space but still has a nice social vibe with a bar and games room. It’s perfect if you enjoy peace and quiet but still want to meet a mature, like-minded crowd (not a party place). The Wi-Fi is excellent for remote work and they have backup power during outages, which was a lifesaver. Honestly, it felt like a home away from home. Highly recommend!

Looking for a hostel?

Budget travellers know that there is no better way to make the most of their trip than by staying at a hostel: save money for exploring during the day, and swap stories with fellow backpackers in the shared kitchen or bar in the evening. Dorm-style bedrooms with shared bathrooms are standard hostel fare, but private rooms are also available for those willing to pay a bit more.
