Kind, friendly service. Good books in the library and you can get excellent coffee and ice cream here! Fresh water. Comfortable bed. Good quality and wide variety of toiletries in the shower. Hygiene products. Hair dryers. Quiet. Clean. Good location. There is a bus stop nearby so you can easily leave for Wakkanai and Cape Soya early in the morning and return to Sapporo in the evening. The music that sounded early in the morning on April 20th in the kitchen on the 5th floor still relaxes me. I would like to know what radio it was on. I really liked it here because I felt not like a customer, but like a guest.

Fantastic facilities well equipped for travellers, very clean and comfortable and excellent helpful staff. Was close to Sapporo Snow Festival attractions and lots of good places to eat. Would definitely like to stay again!

Good location (Lawson nearby, not too far from metro, 30mn walk to sapporo station), staff was pleasant - no issues with check in or check out. Clean facilities, comfortable firm bed (big enough for two people, including one person close to 2m in height), good shower pressure. Very quiet hostel and area, double windows in the rooms.

The location was great, it was next to a busy road, although I couldn't hear it inside but apart from that, the area is really nice and calm and I liked going from and to Inazumikoen Station. The bed was also great, I could sleep very well and what was also nice was that it is forbidden to make an alarm, but you can enter your room number and desired wake-up time into a list and you will be woken up. Also, the owner and staff are really friendly! All in all, I would like to stay there again!

The location is right beside Hokkaido University so the neighborhood is very quiet, especially at night. The hostel also operates a popular cafe so there are options for breakfast and dinner. While there is minimal interaction with hostel staff during my stay, they did hold a seasonal party right outside during my last evening so there was that memorable moment with them at the end.

The location is near to subway . The room is clean with locker. They have hot bath at basement, which allows you to relax your body after a whole day travelling. Have nice street view from the room. Have a small kitchen and a dining area. The shared toilets are super clean as well.
