New place on the map of Osaka but already well established ( I was staying in other places in that city too so I have comparisons ). It's very cosy, clean and nice, have great location, and the stuff is absolutely brilliant, I must especially mention Itsuko because she deserves my special thanks for helping me with moving my heavy luggage to my next point of journey via luggage service - she is everything that I would love to see in each new place I am checking in. Highly recommend place for staying in Osaka !

The location is great, a 5 minute walk away from two different stations on two different lines, one connecting to Namba and Osaka/Umeda stations and the other connecting to Namba and the airport. The facilities were fantastic. The room was small but cosy and comfortable. The size did not affect the stay negatively in any way and the space was used effectively. The bathroom was spotless clean and pristine white. Would highly recommend.
