Had a fantastic experience here. Both staff and guests alike were very friendly and welcoming; I felt safe. I was impressed by the variety of kitchen utensils, plates and bowls, it's too bad I didn't cook anything this time. Complementary breakfast of toast and jam was a welcome surprise :)

The common space is cozy and very nice. There is a well equipped kitchen with even some free stuff (coffee, tea…). The beds have enough space around to put your things behind the curtain and have enough privacy. Rooms and toilets were very clean. Location is 5min from main station👌

It‘s like staying at someone’s home, really. The beds are comfortable, everything is clean, and the owner is very welcoming. Everyone got a little amuse bouche, so to speak, when paying in cash. And it was so delicious. I read a lot about the rules. At first I thought they seemed strict, but really it‘s just basic manners. Just don‘t be rude, I got my deposit back, no problem.

The owner puts in a lot of thoughts to make it feels like home. The sleeping room is extremely spacious, the bed is comfortable. Really enjoyed the coffee which the hostel offered from fresh coffee beans.

Looking for a hostel?

Budget travellers know that there is no better way to make the most of their trip than by staying at a hostel: save money for exploring during the day, and swap stories with fellow backpackers in the shared kitchen or bar in the evening. Dorm-style bedrooms with shared bathrooms are standard hostel fare, but private rooms are also available for those willing to pay a bit more.

Stylish interior, great location, and the friendliest staff/owners. The breakfast (which can be bought in the cafè below the hostel) is superb. Would love to stay again.

Coffee was delicious! Free tea and coffee you can drink whilst enjoying a view of Dejima - really special. Lovely hostel owner and fellow chatty guests. Clean room, free laundry facilities and a great location. Can definitely recommend for a cost effective visit.
