Located in a small quiet town just next to Haneda. Very clean and comfortable. Owner was very friendly and could speak/understand English. Great host who even prepared amenities for me when I mentioned I wanted to go to the nearby Sento. Embodies the philosophy of 一期一会 and represents great Japanese hospitality.

This was probably the cleanest capsule hotel I've ever stayed in. I also loved the little shelf that ran along the inside of the capsule beds, and the little fan they had inside each room - it can get host in the beds especially with the blinds closed so that was a great addition! Despite the rowdy izakaya downstairs you couldn't hear it at all upstairs. Would definitely stay here again.

This was my first hostel experience and I did purchase the private room. It was clean quiet. The bathrooms were very nice. I had no problems whatsoever. Highly recommend. And I have a person for years that said, I would never stay in a hostel

Check in and check out process was so easy. Location of the Hotel surrounded by restaurant, stores like 7/11, Family Mart and many more. Walking distance to train station. You can choose for private or shared room either option is excellent coz room were clean, spacious and all amenities needed. I like the idea of cooking on shared kitchen located in main lobby and luggage area that allows us to keep our things before or after check in.

Akasaka guest house hive is a home away from home with staff that genuinely value your wellbeing. Every staff member is accomodating and go the extra mile to assist you. I had misplaced an item during an evening visit to shibuya and one of the staff members, Kaori, went out of her way to call various venues and eventually helped me find it! The best aspects of staying at HIVE besides the awesome staff are: - Shibuya and shinjuku can easily be reached from this location - The hostel bed areas are spacious and have ample compartments for hanging clothes and valuables - The common area had murals decorated by travellers which gave the hostel a homely touch - The kitchen area had food items that were free - Convenience stores and trains are within walking distance You definitely leave as a friend!
