I’m only now writing a review for Shiori place, however this was my first introduction to Japan, and one of our favourite experiences of our whole 2 month trip throughout the country. Not only is she the perfect host, super attentive, open, friendly unbelievably giving , but she went above and beyond what one could ask for from a stranger. After one night we extended our stay and she took us on a tour around the town, to museums, shrines, the beach and we shared several meals together, all of which only made us sadder to leave her. The house is beautiful, has everything you could want from a guesthouse and the traditional interior decoration of Japanese homes. We hope we have formed a friendship for a long time to come and we will never forgot our wonderful stay with her. Please do not hesitate to book, even if it is for a short stay, you won’t regret it. A slice of real japan in our eyes. See you on the island one day Shiori :) Katy and Cam

Very clean and quiet. Really good hostel / capsule experience! The location was great right in Hakata and the staff were really kind. I would definitely recommend and stay at other WeBase locations.

staffs showed me great hospitality and were willing to give a hand when Im in need of help. the place was neat and cosy and it felt like the second home in Japan. the squicky noise wooden stairs made gives a nostalgic feeling :)

We stayed only one night, but we regretted not staying longer! It was so cute and cozy, the kitchen was convenient, the room was super comfortable, common spaces had super cute decoration, and being able to see the cats was the cherry on the cake ^-^ Overall perfect stay
