The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout our stay. They clearly explained everything about our accommodation, which made us feel very welcome. We were pleasantly surprised to find that breakfast was included, as well as a convenient shuttle service from the Metro to the hotel. A special thanks to the kind Peruvian lady at reception, she gave us great tips on how to explore the city like a local. We were also allowed to store our luggage for several hours after checkout at no extra cost, which was a big help. I definitely recommend this hotel 100%!

The place is great, we really apprecieted the kitchen, there was everything we needed plus food like rice, oil,... that previous guests left there that you can use. The room was comfortable and it was quiet. It was near a metro station so you can easily get to the city centre.
