Everything was good, but the best thing that made me speachless was how quick AYOUB was to responde and resolve an issue I had. All the staff were friendly, cheerful and helpful with a smile on their faces all the time, but still, AYOUB the receptionist was the best receptionisr I've ever met.

The administrator was very sweet and helpful, I needed to check-out early in the morning, so I got some breakfast food before the actual breakfast time. The hostel is very close to train station, which was perfect as I needed to go there the next day.

Very nice hostel, ideally situated in the centre of Genova. It has a very cosy atmosphere and it's clean! I had such a great time, so thank you to the staff, and also enjoyable talks with other guests!

I had an amazing stay at this hostel! The staff were super friendly and always ready to help with anything. The rooms and bathrooms were very clean, the beds comfortable, and the atmosphere was really welcoming. I also loved the common areas – perfect for relaxing and meeting other travelers. The location is great too, close to the main attractions and public transport. Overall, a fantastic experience and I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!
