Very nice hostel, confortable, next to the bus station and with a grocery shop next to it. Staff was very helpful and the bus station was just crossing the street

I loved everything. The guys in the frontdesk were the sweetest, very friendly and polite. The room has a perfect size, well organized, perfect aesthetic to sleep well and very technological. The customer service and the installations, not to count the location, just a few steps far from the tram and Florencia Centro... Was a dream. Very easy to go to. Recommended 100%. Also very safe by night!.

Fun place to stay! Nice facilities, friendly and welcoming staff. I realized the heating (air conditioning) wasn't really on in the room, but staff put it on right away.

This is probably the best hostel I ever stayed in! I was in the female part of the hostel, the rooms and bathrooms were cleaned every day! This is not a fancy place, but a place with a character that matches the Florence vibe. The staff were so wonderful and helpful! Big thank you to the owner and the girls at reception for being so nice and giving advice on what to do, where to go and what to see in Florence! :) There is free food in the kitchen, pasta, croissants, bread, jam, etc. You have various options for coffee. You can leave your luggage and use the bathroom in the main building if you are leaving late on the day of your checkout. Everyone is so nice and friendly! The location is perfect, just 8-10 minutes on foot from the main cathedral. I cannot recommend this place more to any female traveler! Thank you all again for a wonderful stay! I'm looking forward to coming back again! ❤️

The location is very good, 10 munites from the central station (which is 28 minutes from Airport), transport is super convient ! The hostel is super clean and lots of facilities, the room is warm and calm during the night, locker is provided, seperated toilet is available in 6 grils room. Recommend!
