I arrived at 8am and they let me drop my bags and have a shower, even though I couldn't check in till 2pm, which was fantastic! Staff were friendly and helpful, amenities were well kept and clean.

It's definitely more than just a simple hostel. First of all, the staff is really kind and helpful. They offer free water and coffee from the bar whenever you want. A free soft drink or beer and discount on meals were also provided. If I come to Milano again, I would definitely choose this place.
