It was very clean and comfortable. We found everything needed - towels, hairdryer, comfortable beds. The location is great - close to the bus station and to the city center. There are many places to eat and sleep around. The staff was kind and the check in-check out very fast and easy.

We were VERY impressed with the restaurant manager (?) Having travelled all day without eating, we hoped that we would be able to eat early. When we went to the restaurant at 7.00pm and explained to the man in charge ( sorry, can't remember his name - Jaime/Shaim ?- a guy with a beard, that we were v hungry, he took our order and said if we came back at 7.30 , half an hour before official opening, he would serve us early. Which he did ! He is a star and a real credit to the hotel !! Actions beyond the call of duty ! A very positive impression created of our stay ..... we'll be back !

Everything was perfect. So peaceful, windows in the room so we had air and it was only 6 beds room, which was awesome. There is a kitchen, vending machine and cute shop accross the road. I loved chilling in the terrace. We didnt have pilgrim dinner as it was low season and we were few people in the albergue (but there are two other options in the village).

ALBERGUE CASA BAZTAN features free bikes, garden, a shared lounge and terrace in Uterga.
