Ralph and his staff are exceptional: polite, very friendly, super helpful, and spend time explaining routes to follow for Tianzhi Shan, Yuanjiajie and Yuanjiajie. Room was cleaned and very comfortable. For its price, everything is beyond my expectations.

Good English, David can book your parc tickets for you. The place is really close to the entrance. The room was clean with a secure big closet. There is a rooftop to clean and dry your laundry. I highly recommend 👌
