The hpstal is beautiful and charming. The shower in our room was great! We had breakfast on the quiet terrace every morning, it was very good!! Pamela, the hostess was very kind and friendly. Helpful with our questions. We really appreciated the fact we could leave our bags for the day after checkout since our flight was late evening.

Excellent vibe and close 3 minutes walk to Bella Vista and high rated restaurants are just across the street so very comfortable. The staff is very helpful and volunteers were very friendly. This is a place you feel at home. We visited during Christmas and they had lot of fun activities.

There is a lot of space in the rooms as well as lots of hangout areas. The bar at the rooftop is great! It feels very safe with the key cards to each room and additional lockers inside. I stayed 1 night in the female dorm and 3 nights in the private room with private bathroom as a solo traveler. It's a 10 min walk from the subway station, also close to Costanera Center and Cable Car, Coffee shops amd restaurants etc. It's very safe, clean, comfortable stay in Santiago. I would stay here again.
