Cleanliness and the staff were very helpful and approachable. Danny the receptionist did a great job as I had slipped in the bathroom which hit my right knee- first aid things were made accessible to me...thanks a million Danny 👍

While staying in Zurich, I wanted to find a place where I wouldn't need to change accommodations and could cook my own meals. Oh my goodness! This place was absolutely perfect. First of all, the transportation is very convenient. It's just one stop past Zurich train station to Stadelhofen, which takes only 4 minutes. The next morning, when I was wandering around, I realized it’s right in the center of everything! The facilities are well-maintained. I had to work during my vacation, and they have designated spaces like a dining room and a study room. There’s also a refrigerator and kitchen facilities. Even if you can’t cook using a stovetop, you can use the oven and microwave. The bathroom and shower facilities are brand new. Hot water and electricity work perfectly. They also provide shampoo and shower gel. Wow! It embodies the spirit of a hostel. It’s designed so that travelers can stay comfortably at a good price and enjoy friendly conversations with each other. They provide tea, coffee, cappuccino (powder), cereal, and toast. This is something that should definitely be advertised more. Personally, I bought coffee beans and used a French press to make my own coffee. You can buy any missing ingredients at COOP and enjoy dishes like egg soufflé, yogurt, and bacon. Most importantly, the staff are incredibly friendly. They clean daily and provide great guidance. Special shoutout to Mondir, who took care of the cleaning and dining room management! The woman on staff was also very diligent and kind. I had a wonderfully relaxing stay here and left feeling truly refreshed.

I had a very pleasant stay here. The room was very nice and clean. The bed was very comfortable. The hostess was very friendly and explained everything I needed to know during checkin. Furthermore, the hotel has a very nice rooftop terrace with a wonderful view. Last but not least, the location of the hotel is perfect for tourist purposes - right at the center and close to most attraction, also very close to the lake. There is also a tram station nearby.

I really liked the attitude of the stuff and systematic approach. Biggest kitchen I've seen yet, what really helped out and made me feel like a real human being. In the kitchen I had an access to frying oil and some leftovers from previous stays (like grated cheese and toasts), so I didn't need to buy butter or oil to just use a shot of it. The location was beautiful and just a few minutes from train station. Stuff took care of my belongings while I was already checked out and later allowed to take me a shower, what was very pleasant and helpful.

Very cozy place, very nice kitchen made at guests' disposal. Picturesque location, close to Zurich. We felt like at home. We also received good tips for our visit. Flexible check-in.
