My favorite hostel during my trip to South America, no one else. There are many rules for check-in, but I like it this way. We make it clear in advance and follow it, so that everyone can maintain a good atmosphere in the youth hostel. The kitchen is large, with two sets of stoves, so everyone can cook without waiting for a long time. In Calafate in January, the sunset is very late, and the kitchen has great lighting. The breakfast is rich and delicious. The opening time is also suitable for the tours. The toilet and shower are very clean, the hot water for bathing is very large, and there is a hair dryer. It is not far from the bus station on foot, and it is convenient for public transportation. There is a small blue house at the intersection, which is a supermarket. It sells delicious beef and reasonable-priced Coke, hahaha.

With scenic views of Calafate´s mountains and lake, this hostel is a 7-minute walk from downtown Calafate. It features accommodation with floor heating, free Wi-Fi, communal kitchen and laundrette.

Great big hostel! The facilities are top notch, great double private room, the dorms were spacious, clean and the beds were comfortable. Thee ensuite bathrooms were also well appointed and always clean. The common spaces are great to eat, work and relax - the views are incredible. The location is perfect, 10-15 min walk from both the bus terminal and the city center. The staff was always very friendly and helpful. It's a large hostel so the socializing vibe is limited as there were lots of groups and couples but still possible to meet people if you're social or join group tours.

Brand new property, clean and comfortable. The manager is very friendly and helpful. Its right opposite the main bus station and the taxi stand, so convenient. Walking to the center takes a little while though.
