Close to almost all the attractions in Hanoi. Owner and his wife were super nice. They offered us free noodles,tea/coffee,water and snacks which were not given by any other homestays we've been so far. Owners were so ready to help at any moment. It was a challenge getting inside since i lost internet connection, upon seeing their neatly and seamless self-check in process , simple yet functional

The property is in a fantastic location – just in front of the lake, near the Old Quarter, and the bus station. Everything you need is nearby. The host was very helpful and responsive throughout our stay. The place was clean, well maintained, and had everything we needed. Highly recommend!

At the homestay, every unit comes with bed linen and towels. Stella is the greatest host and very helpful. She has lots of tips for your Hanoi trip. Breakfast was very good with homemade sourdough bread. Location is also great in the center but the rooms are quiet, which is not easy to find in such a busy city. We were also able to leave our luggage there for one more night (while doing a Halong Bay Cruise) after checking out.

It's a place or property where u will feel as home , I mean the environment is kinda homely, secondly the owner is so genuine and friendly. He and his wife will help/guide u guys with all possible things.

I had a wonderful stay at this charming accommodation right next to Hoan Kiem Lake. The owner is incredibly friendly and went out of her way to meet me upon arrival, even rushing over when I arrived a few hours early. The included breakfast was a lovely perk—just let her know what you'd like and what time, and she’ll make sure it’s ready for you! One small note: don’t forget to turn off the hot water system when done—something a bit new for me. Overall, it’s a warm, welcoming spot with a prime location and excellent hospitality.

Ideally situated in the centre of Hanoi, Old House Homestay offers a terrace, air conditioning, free WiFi and flat-screen TV. With garden views, this accommodation offers a balcony. The accommodation features a 24-hour front desk, full-day security and currency exchange for guests. This Homestay absolutely exceeded our expectations and that was because of the host. When we arrived he and his partner picked us and our bags up from the taxi he had arranged for us. He gave us a personal tour of the stay which was wonderful- great location right in the heart of Old Quarter, but also quiet for good sleep. He even got us welcome drinks while carrying our huge bags up the stairs!! He was always available for questions 24/7. He was always accommodating to our schedule especially on check out. Lastly, we left something in the room - he immediately messaged me and to our disbelief he SHIPPED IT all the way to Ninh Binh to our hotel to meet us on our next leg of the journey. Overall, we were blown away by the hosts hospitality, kindness, and overall value of everything you get staying here. We will be back soon!!
