Featuring a 24-hour front desk, this property also provides guests with a sun terrace. The homestay provides rooms with air conditioning, free private parking and free WiFi. Very good value-for-money. We chose the location as it is quite close to the Cai Rang floating market (a must visit in the area). The Eco Lodge turned out to be a small oasis. The area is much quieter and more peaceful than Can Tho. You can rent bikes or taxis easily. The food at the restaurant was delicious, the rooms were clean and air-conditioned. Big thanks to Tuan Anh and Hau - our superhero receptionists, who spoke great English, arranged plans for us (trips, tuk-tuks, massage treatments, cocktails by the pool) and were always responsive and extremely polite.

Boasting garden views, Mekong Farmstay CanTho - C.R Floating Market features accommodation with balcony, around 6.4 km from Vincom Plaza Xuan Khanh. There is a private entrance at the homestay for the convenience of those who stay. The rooms have a terrace with lake views and free WiFi. We spent a few nights in Can Tho in one of Human's bungalo's, and had a magical experience here. Upon arrival we were seated in the open air dining room and immediately were served cold tea and warm conversation.  After settling in and catching our breath, we were given a tour of the "village" and put our things away in our room.  There are five seperate buildings here.  Each has a bathroom of its own, and although they are not fully enclosed, there is mosquito netting on the bed. Human and his family are a pleasure to spend time with.  We got up early to take a tour of the Cai Rang floating market.  At 630 am, we met Human in the dining room, hopped on the bicycles he provided, and rode about twenty minutes through the winding jungle streets to the river.  From there, we got on a boat, checked out the floating market, walked around another market in town (not floating), and then visited a rice noodle factory for a tour, which included a chance to get involved and perform part of the creative act ourselves!  Upon our return we relaxed for a while before dinner, which was prepared by Human's mother - a great cook!  We dined with some other guests and had a great time chatting with them.  We were also lucky enough to meet Human's son Bill,  who is about 15 I believe - a student, and very charming, pleasant young man.  I can't remember his proper name,  but his nickname Bill is in honor of Bill Clinton, who lifted the embargo against Vietnam in 1994.  How do I know that?  Because Human is a great storyteller and guide.  The buildings were designed and raised by Human his brother, who is an engineer who built the nearby Children's Hospital, which has five hundred beds and I believe is a point of pride on Human's part.

It is located 2 km from Vincom Plaza Hung Vuong and provides a shared kitchen. The guest house has family rooms. Probably the best we have had in Vietnam in terms of cleanliness, spacious bedroom, and most of all how friendly and helpful the staff were. I also loved the free bicycles / coffee and that they booked the bus for us and took our bags all the way to the bus stop. Just wish we could have stayed longer !

We felt very welcomed with a lot of attentions. Phoenix is an incredible cook, she served the most tasty and generous diner that we've had in South Vietnam 🤤🥹🙏 We also learned to late that Bosa was doing guided tours of Can Tho, we already booked another guide but it would have been a pleasure to do it with him !

Tuan, his family and employees are warm, fun and welcoming. The home stay is like a little oasis, with a well maintained pool and absolutely delicious food. It was great eating dinner communally and trying so many amazing local dishes and ingredients. A highlight of my entire trip in Vietnam was going to the land market with Tuan (after visiting the floating markets) and picking out food for dinner. I highly recommend doing this, as well as borrowing the bikes and exploring the streets and rivers of this pocket of the delta. The locals are absolutely lovely, as is the nature around. If you like to be kept very busy, then two nights is perfect - you can do both tours, and take yourself around on the bikes. If you are happy with a little time to relax like I am, then more nights is good! I stayed two but I wish I had stayed three or four to decompress. There are hammocks, the pool, and you can do relaxed little bike rides. I highly highly recommend! And a huge thank you to Tuan and his family, I will forever be grateful to you for letting me into your home.

We booked a boat tour of the floating market through them, and it was an unforgettable adventure! The price-to-quality ratio is fantastic; you get so much more than you’d expect. If you’re looking for a memorable stay with genuine local charm, this is the place to be!

I highly recommend it! The rooms are really clean and nice in a modest way and have everything you need. She will help organize anything you need and is very caring!

The dining area has a small kitchen that's fully equipped—with an induction cooktop, microwave, dishes, and even essentials like fish sauce, soy sauce, cooking oil, and a full set of spices. Man, the young host, was super thoughtful and paid attention to everything we needed.
