It was self checkin but the instructions are clear and it was very easy to find it, open the gate with code and then find the keys in the reception. We would definitely want to come back. The location is perfect, just a few stairs and you are in a historic center, the most beautiful town in Erdély.

Quiet place. Free onsite parking. Had free coffee, tea ,milk, Biscuits, lollies . Kitchen facility in the basement area. Bathroom shower was good , had kept shower caps, cotton pads and cotton buds , shampoo, conditioner etc . Very good wifi . As we drove . Location was not a major issue I had piece of mind knowing our hire car was safe. We stayed on 2nd floor. Be aware of needing to carry your luggages. Need to be able to call the host for key collection as looks like mostly controlled remotely.
