We really enjoyed our stay in the Park Avenue Guesthouse. The owners and the staff are very friendly and very helpful. The accommodation itself has a charm of the past and yet it is nicely renovated. The neighbourhood is also very interesting and roaming around there is a good way to encounter the city and its people. We highly suggest booking this place :)

I like that I feel safe and comfortable during my stay there… it feels like home, away from home… in fact, I like it so much, that I even extend my stay for few more days🥰shout out to Joan, she’s the one attending to all the needs of her guests… she’s very accommodating, making sure that I’m comfortable and always checking up on me, if I need anything. She makes you feel like, you’re family and not just a guest, and I really appreciate that… Good location, accessible to public transport, with mini groceries and carinderia around the area, if you don’t feel like cooking… the rooms are spacious, equipped w/ kitchen utensils, kettle, ref, electric stove, casserole, etc. There’s wifi and flat screen tv… they have different rooms, that are appropriate to your budget or needs… Overall, it’s a good find… and I would recommend this place to everyone,.
