There are also kayaks to use but I didn’t have time to do that.

Kitchenware is also featured, as well as a coffee machine and a kettle. At the homestay, the units are fitted with bed linen and towels. Easy to get to, great location on the sea front, beautiful views. Hosts were fantastic and made us feel really welcome.

I felt very well taken care of, safe (solo female traveler), and like I was part of the family. It was a perfect balance of time to recharge alone in my room, and also socialize in the common areas and get to know the hosts as well as other travelers. I loved their sweet dogs too. I would definitely come back. Highly recommend.

We had to get back to the ferry terminal to pick up our hire car and Kim very kindly drove us all the way to the terminal when she was going shopping at the town centre. Loved the comfortable room, secure in a gated community, relaxing by the pool, swimming in the pool, outdoor kitchen was equipped with basics, washing machine was handy and the room and bathroom was of an adequate size to be comfortable for a two day stay.
