Featuring a garden and views of mountain, Tema'e Beach House is a recently renovated homestay set in Temae, less than 1 km from Temae Beach. With garden views, this accommodation provides a terrace. We had a great stay at Tema’e Beach House and highly recommend it for anyone looking for a relaxed accommodation with the opportunity to meet wonderful people from around the world. The owner, Nick, was always helpful and offered great suggestions and tips for our time in Moorea. The shared bathroom and kitchen with other guests were always incredibly clean, and everyone was respectful of the communal spaces. The location is ideal, with Tema’e Beach just a short walk away. However, I would also recommend renting a car to explore the island fully (I suggest Coco Rider for great prices on electric cars). There are also several additional services available at the house for a very reasonable cost, including laundry, snorkeling equipment rental, and transfers to and from the ferry terminal. Located in Papetoai, FARE TEMANEA provides accommodation with a saltwater pool and pool views. This property offers access to a terrace, free private parking and free WiFi. The property is non-smoking and is set 1.2 km from Papetoai Beach. The bungalow is so cute and it’s on a nice property with a pool. The owners really helped me out a lot and were so kind. There are also kayaks to use but I didn’t have time to do that.

Each unit is fitted with air conditioning, a private bathroom and a well-fitted kitchen including an oven, microwave, toaster and a fridge. Kitchenware is also featured, as well as a coffee machine and a kettle. At the homestay, the units are fitted with bed linen and towels. We liked everything. The location is ideal. Gated community, directly on the ocean, the pool and deck overlook the water, access to a kitchen with (light) breakfast provided. The owners live on the property and they are very helpful. The room is very comfortable in the air conditioning works perfect. The owners provide kayaks and Herker. There is snorkeling just off the property a short paddle away. This is a fantastic homebase to see Moorea. I would recommend this over any hotel on the island.

Situated in Moorea, less than 1 km from Papetoai Beach and 20 km from Moorea Green Pearl Golf Course, La Maison Orange offers a garden and air conditioning. This property offers access to a terrace and free private parking. The accommodation features a 24-hour front desk, a shared kitchen and organising tours for guests. Wow! Maison Orange exceeded all my expectations. It was spacious, clean, I could use the washing machine, there is a big kitchen to use, the room has a great size,… huge terrace - the location is perfect - very close to beach by the hotel Tipaniers where you can rent a kayak, go scuba diving, take excursions,… If I come back (which I am already planning to) - I will definitely stay here again!

Featuring pool with a view and views of mountain, Fare Haurevaiti Moorea is a recently renovated homestay located in Paopao, 9 km from Moorea Green Pearl Golf Course. This property offers access to a terrace and free private parking. Each room is fitted with a patio with pool views. Gorgeous views of the surrounding area. We had our own bathroom. The place was very clean. Sarah, the host, was super helpful and gave so many good recommendations for things to do. No AC, but this was no issue. Never felt too hot or muggy. 10/10 would recommend.

Offering a garden and garden view, Haere Mai I Te Fare is set in Teavaro, 1.9 km from Temae Beach and 4.6 km from Moorea Green Pearl Golf Course. There is an on-site restaurant, plus free private parking and free WiFi are available. The guest house features family rooms. The hosts were very kind and patient with me, as it was my first time in Mo'orea. I felt very well taken care of, safe (solo female traveler), and like I was part of the family. It was a perfect balance of time to recharge alone in my room, and also socialize in the common areas and get to know the hosts as well as other travelers. I loved their sweet dogs too. I would definitely come back. Highly recommend.

The guest house offers a children's playground and a 24-hour front desk. Really lovely place with a great view and accès to the lagoon. You can enjoy the garden, the swimming pool or the lagoon ( there are even some Kayak if you feel like going around ). It’s close by all the restaurants and shops of the village as well as the public beach. It’s clean, pretty and the host is really nice and always happy to help.

Extra facilities include free shuttle service, meeting rooms, a tour desk and housekeeping service. The staff were absolutely wonderful, my favorite part of the stay! The restaurant is decent, the bungalows are very spacious and clean.
